2-Ingredient High Protein Wraps

[FOOD]These incredibly easy lentil wraps, made with only two ingredients (if we're counting water), are rich in nutrients and protein and are unbelievably healthy. They’re soft and pliable, making them perfect to use in place of bread or tortillas. Made with just lentils and water, you can whip them up for lunch or dinner whenever you need a nutritious meal in a flash!

2-Ingredient Lentil Wraps

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup dried red lentils

  • 2 cups water (for soaking)

  • ½–¾ cup water (for blending)

Instructions:

  1. Rinse lentils well and soak in 2 cups of water for 2–4 hours or overnight.

  2. Drain and rinse the lentils.

  3. Add lentils to a blender with ½–¾ cup fresh water. Blend until smooth (like thin pancake batter).

  4. Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat and lightly grease if needed.

  5. Pour about ¼ cup batter into the pan and spread thin.

  6. Cook for 2–3 minutes until set, then flip and cook another 1–2 minutes.

  7. Repeat with remaining batter.

Notes:

  • Add more water if batter is too thick.

  • Stack wraps and cover to keep soft.

  • Store in the fridge for up to 2–3 days.
