It's cheap, it's easy, it's clovey-fresh! According to chiropractor Dr. Berg, chewing just one clove a day offers significant health benefits.

It promises to help with inflammation, digestion, blood sugar regulation, and pain. Cloves have a compound called eugenol, a natural anesthetic that numbs pain and reduces inflammation.
